                 The goal of this clinical trial is to compare treatment outcomes between an oral medication (beta agonist) versus onabotulinumtoxinA injections in women with urgency urinary incontinence (UUI). Participants will be randomly selected to receive one of the two treatments. The primary outcome measure will be at 3 months, and women will be followed for a total of 12 months. Based on patient expert input, there are 2 primary outcomes: Treatment satisfaction and urinary symptom severity. The study will also have a long-term follow-up component (prospective cohort) including 346 participants from the parent trial to describe treatment continuation, treatment efficacy, patient direct costs and other secondary outcomes up to 5 years after treatment. This study is designed to test the hypothesis that treatment with an oral combination of THC/CBD will reduce agitation hospice care-eligible patients with agitation and dementia as measured by the Cohen Mansfield Agitation Inventory (CMAI) when compared to placebo at 2 weeks. This study will enroll approximately 120 participants of any gender at least 40 years of age who are hospice care-eligible with agitation and dementia (HAD). Participants will be randomized (50:50) to either active study drug (T2:C100) or placebo. The double-blind period of this study is 12 weeks.                  Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted therapies through a series of substudies for the treatment of moderately to severely active Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). This study currently includes 3 substudies evaluating different treatments in participants with RA. Substudy 1 will evaluate lutikizumab monotherapy (treatment given alone) compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but contains no medicine). Substudy 2 will evaluate ravagalimab monotherapy compared to placebo and Substudy 3 will evaluate lutikizumab and ravagalimab combination therapy (treatments given together) compared to placebo. Approximately 180 participants who have failed 1 or 2 biologic/targeted synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (tsDMARD) therapies will be enrolled in the study at approximately 65 sites worldwide. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care treatment without participating in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.                  Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a type of arthritis that happens when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells and tissues causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling. Symptoms can get worse and go away for periods of time. This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of targeted therapies through a series of substudies, for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis and to assess the changes in disease symptoms. The therapies being assessed in this sub-study are risankizumab and lutikizumab. Participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of the three treatment arms: lutikizumab monotherapy, risankizumab monotherapy or a combination therapy of lutikizumab and risankizumab. Around 120 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 40 sites worldwide.                     This phase III trial compares standard therapy given after surgery (adjuvant) to standard
therapy given before and after surgery (perioperative) in treating patients with stage
II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be removed by surgery (resectable).

                 This phase III trial compares standard therapy given after surgery (adjuvant) to standard therapy given before and after surgery (perioperative) in treating patients with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be removed by surgery (resectable). The usual approach for patients with resectable NSCLC is chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy before surgery, after surgery, or both before and after surgery. This study is being done to find out which approach is better at treating patients with lung cancer. Treatment will be administered according to the current standard of care at the time of enrollment. Chemotherapy options may include cisplatin, carboplatin, pemetrexed, gemcitabine, docetaxel, and vinorelbine at standard doses according to the treating physician. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Pemetrexed is in a class of medications called antifolate antineoplastic agents. It works by stopping cells from using folic acid to make deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. Gemcitabine is a chemotherapy drug that blocks the cells from making DNA and may kill tumor cells. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Other chemotherapy drugs, such as vinorelbine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading . Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, pembrolizumab, and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Starting treatment with chemotherapy and immunotherapy prior to surgery and continuing treatment after surgery may be a more effective treatment option than adjuvant therapy alone in patients with stage II-IIIB resectable NSCLC. IPN10200 is a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. Participants with episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM) will be included in both Step 1 and Step 2. "Headache days" are when participants experience headaches that meet the criteria for a migraine or a headache without the additional migraine-specific symptoms. "Migraine days" occur when the headache displays clear migraine characteristics. This study aims to determine: - The safety and efficacy of injecting IPN10200 directly into the muscles of the head and neck to prevent EM and CM, - The right amount (dose) of IPN10200 to inject at each point, - The total amount (dose) of IPN10200 that provides the best balance between safety and efficacy preventing migraines.                  The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about neoadjuvant cemiplimab with histology-specific chemotherapy followed by resection and adjuvant cemiplimab in stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with contralateral mediastinal or ipsilateral supraclavicular lymph node (N3) involvement.. The main question it aims to answer is whether patients with stage 3 NSCLC with involvement of lymph nodes can undergo surgery to remove the cancer after receiving treatment with chemotherapy + immunotherapy. Participants will receive FDA-approved chemotherapy called platinum-doublet chemotherapy together with an immunotherapy drug targeting the immune marker PD-1 called cemiplimab. Patients will receive a 3 drug combination for 4 total treatments given every 3 weeks before surgery. After surgery, patients will have the option to undergo radiation therapy if it is recommended by their treatment team. After this, they will receive cemiplimab every 3 weeks for one year.                  The goal of this observational study is to increase genetic education and genetic testing for hereditary cancer risk among Black cancer survivors. The study will: 1. Test the effectiveness of a chatbot intervention (also called relational agent, or RA) vs. enhanced usual care (EUC) on engagement in genetic education and requests for genetic testing. 2. Evaluate the impact of the chatbot vs. EUC on the process that participants use to make decisions and evaluate effects on well-being (also called psychosocial outcomes). 3. Explore the ways (methods) that influence how participants experience the intervention. 4. Explore the feasibility of incorporating a Family Sharing Portal (FSP) for participants who receive a positive test result, to facilitate family communication of these test results and genetic testing of first-degree biological relatives after they have received genetic education by the RA. The main questions this study aims to answer are which group - the chatbot (RA) group or the EUC group - is more likely to request genetic testing and which group is more likely to get (engage with) genetic education. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the chatbot (RA) group or EUC group. This means each participant has an equal chance of being placed in either group, just like flipping a coin. Each group will receive genetic education and have an opportunity to request genetic testing. Researchers will compare the chatbot (RA) group and the EUC group to see which may request more GT (genetic testing) and which group engages more with genetic education.
