The study is divided into two cohorts (Cohort 1 and Cohort 2), to which participants will be enrolled based on the amount of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) in their tumor sample. In Cohort 1, the main goal is to assess how well BNT323 (also known as DB-1303) or chemotherapy (doxorubicin or paclitaxel [or docetaxel, if participants cannot take paclitaxel]) works by determining the progression-free survival (PFS) of participants who have been previously treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). In Cohort 2, the main goal is to assess how well BNT323 works by determining the objective response rate (ORR), that is, the percentage of participants whose tumor shrinks (partial response) or disappears (complete response) after treatment. The safety of BNT323 will also be assessed by following the occurrence of unfavorable/adverse effects that are seen after treatment. Other measures include the pharmacokinetics of BNT323 (or how BNT323 moves through and out of the body), the body's immune response, and the impact on quality of life.

This clinical trial studies statewide optimization of lung cancer screening (LCS) in Kentucky using the Quality Implementation of Lung Screening (QUILS™) System. Data from the Kentucky Cancer Registry shows that LCS implementation has contributed to a rapid decline in late-stage lung cancer diagnosis at twice the national average. Further, the declines are more than three times the national average decline in Kentucky's Central Appalachian region. Kentucky-based multilevel initiatives are needed to expand and accelerate this leading role and extend the LCS opportunity to more Kentuckians who are at increased risk of lung cancer. This trial may be able to accelerate optimal high-quality implementation of LCS utilizing the QUILS™ System and reduce the burden of lung cancer by assisting lung cancer screening programs located throughout Kentucky in implementing best practices in lung cancer screening by integrating the QUILS™ System domains and elements into their screening programs.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, systemic autoimmune disease characterized by B cell hyperactivity. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease causing pain, stiffness, swelling and loss of joint function. The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and safety of ABBV-519 in adult participants with SLE or RA. This is a single ascending dose study in an estimated 30 adult participants with moderate SLE or RA. The total duration of the study will be approximately 425 days (60-day Screening Period, 1-day Treatment Period, and a 52 week Follow-up Period) at approximately 15 to 20 sites globally. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

This phase III trial compares the addition of induction chemotherapy, with carboplatin, paclitaxel and pembrolizumab, to chemotherapy and radiation, with cisplatin and pembrolizumab followed by pembrolizumab maintenance for the treatment of patients with cervical cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Cisplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Adding induction chemotherapy to the usual treatment of chemotherapy and radiation followed by maintenance may be more effective in treating patients with high risk, locally advanced cervical cancer.

Compared to non-Veterans, Veterans demonstrate an increased risk for obesity and multimorbidity. Thus, interventions to improve overall health are warranted in this population. Healthy diets that include fruits and vegetables are linked to a reduced risk of chronic disease including mobility disability, and are associated with higher muscle mass, strength and physical performance potentially slowing further disability progression later in life. The investigators will determine if a three-month virtual group nutrition intervention paired with produce delivery and virtual teaching kitchen cooking demonstrations tailored for older Veterans with impaired mobility will improve diet, health-related quality of life and muscle strength.

This phase II/III trial examines whether patients who have undergone surgical removal of bladder, kidney, ureter or urethra, but require an additional treatment called immunotherapy to help prevent their urinary tract (urothelial) cancer from coming back, can be identified by a blood test. Many types of tumors tend to lose cells or release different types of cellular products including their DNA which is referred to as circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) into the bloodstream before changes can be seen on scans. Health care providers can measure the level of ctDNA in blood or other bodily fluids to determine which patients are at higher risk for disease progression or relapse. In this study, a blood test is used to measure ctDNA and see if there is still cancer somewhere in the body after surgery and if giving a treatment will help eliminate the cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and relatlimab, can help the body's immune system to attack the cancer, and can interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help doctors determine if ctDNA measurement in blood can better identify patients that need additional treatment, if treatment with nivolumab prolongs patients' life and whether the additional immunotherapy treatment with relatlimab extends time without disease progression or prolongs life of urothelial cancer patients who have undergone surgical removal of their bladder, kidney, ureter or urethra.
